How to Convert FAT partition in to NTFS without loosing any data and without any software through command prompt

First go to start - run - cmd

make sure you are administrator user otherwise command would not run

for example if you want to convert drive d in to NTFS then you would have tun below command
convert d: /fs:ntfs
